This role involves:

  • External cleaning – windows, pathways, walkways, lift floors, balconies, parking garage cleaning, vehicle care
  • Internal cleaning – cleaning of internal tiled areas, windows, atrium areas, glass balustrades
  • Gardening maintenance – general weeding, garden clearing, assisting with lawn care
  • Minor maintenance work – as directed by the Maintenance manager

About You

You will be a self-motivated person, with a strong work ethic who is organised and enjoys working with a team.   We are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work, and is committed to delivering work to a high standard.   You will receive great support from your managementteam.

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Experience working in a general cleaning, maintenance or gardening role
  • A desire for quality workmanship
  • A strong employment track record 
  • An interest in working with older people
  • Computer literacy – all our systems are electronic
  • A Current driver’s license
  • A National police clearance - we can help you to get one if you need
