About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team, delivering excellence in Physiotherapy services to in-home clients in the local areas. In this role, you'll provide physiotherapy services to our aged clients, promoting mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and mobility aids as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience working with older adults and community clients preferred but not essential.
- National police clearance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
