Through volunteer engagement, we believe in providing meaningful opportunities for self-expression and fostering positive experiences among individuals from diverse backgrounfs and abilities. 

About the role: 

Join us as our newly appointed Volunteer Coordinator at Curtin Heritage Living. You will be the driving force behind the recruitment and coordination of volunteers, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for both our clients and the broader community. Based in our beautifully restored Heritage buildings in picturesque Cottesloe, you'll spearhead volunteer program development, oversee training sessions, and match volunteers with suitable roles. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure our volunteer program becomes an integral part of our community outrerach efforts. 

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, 3 day per week part time position, with a view to extend should the volunteer program meet it's required key performance indicators including recruitment, retention, engagement, and hours of service delivery.
